Leslie Teskey

Leslie Teskey Bonacker is a Senior Vice President with Cresa Indianapolis. Prior to joining Cresa, Leslie was highly successful with J.P. Morgan Chase in their equity sales department.

Leslie’s responsibilities include business development, as well as advising clients with comprehensive real estate strategies, including financial analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, acquisitions and disposition. Specializing in tenant advisory services, Ms. Teskey Bonacker provides strategic real estate solutions to ensure that her clients’ business, operational and financial objectives are met.

Her relentless pursuit of favorable solutions for her clients sets her apart within the industry. Her background in sales, combined with her excellent verbal, analytical, and communication skills, helps her to determine the best possible real estate solutions for clients and then negotiate the best deals possible.

Since beginning her commercial real estate career in early 2008 Ms. Teskey Bonacker has worked on 1.4 Million SF of completed transactions with at total transaction value of $95 Million. She has consistently moved up within the company since beginning as an Advisor in 2008 and was promoted to Vice President in 2012.
