Michele Noonan, a 25 year real estate veteran, grew up in a family in the real estate business. Her background includes experience both in commercial and residential real estate.

Her commercial experience includes the exclusive representation of more than 2.5 million square feet of office space in her commercial real estate career of over 25 years. Her experience includes leasing, sales, development, & property management. She has worked in highly visible markets such as Houston, Chicago, Las Vegas and South Florida. Her area of focus is general office and medical office space.

Ms. Noonan specializes in Tenant Representation. The ability to leverage her expertise and market knowledge allows her to provide her clients a valuable service. Through Tenant Representation Ms. Noonan has built a reputation on providing the highest level of service to her clients. She has completed leasing transactions ranging from 500 square feet to 20,000 square feet.

Michele is a graduate of the University of Houston with a B.S. in Finance. She currently holds a valid Florida and Texas Real Estate License. Michele is married and the mother of two wonderful children ages 5 and 13.
