Very nice well cared for daycare. This building is currently being used by the EOC organization.
The property is already set up for a daycare and is in excellent condition.
The roof is only 3 years old.
The rooms are all large and there are walls that can be easily removed to make even larger rooms.
There is also lots of room on the second floor. The entire playground is fenced in.
