Brian Wise

As a tenant representation specialist, Brian works with office, industrial and retail businesses to refine their real estate strategies and help them to successfully execute property lease and purchase transactions. Client's benefit from Brian's market and transactional expertise acquired through his background in both commercial leasing and development. Prior to joining Humes Myers Tenant Counsel in early 2008, Brian was a leasing broker at Trammell Crow Company (now CB Richard Ellis) and in development at Trammell Crow Residential. Brian also draws on his previous management consulting (Oliver Wyman) and commercial banking experience when walking tenants through key corporate facility decisions. He holds a BA in Business administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from Notre Dame.
