Briclyn Chase

A Colorado native, Briclyn began her career in Real Estate in 2009 with a small commercial real estate company in Littleton, Colorado. Here she was responsible for leasing and managing a portfolio of Office and Industrial Buildings in the Denver Metro area. Briclyn’s marketing and negotiating strategy was responsible for taking vacancy rates of over 60% to less than 10% in less than one year. From there Briclyn started B&P Property Management, a company that encompassed leasing as well as general contracting. Her tenacity, perseverance and marketing strategy were responsible for 90% of the properties added to the portfolio and all lease transactions.

Briclyn is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in International Affairs with an emphasis on Economics and Political Science. With her extensive knowledge on the Denver Real Estate Market, Economics and Political Science, Briclyn is able to effectively negotiate a transaction for either tenant or landlord.

Briclyn is an active member of DMCAB, Denver Divas and founder of her own Networking Event, “Networking Happy Hour with Friends.” While not working, Briclyn enjoys spending time with her dog Gunnar and as much time in the Mountains as possible.
