The Monti Building is located near the C train and shuttle at Franklin Avenue and is not far from the Franklin Avenue 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. The B48 and B65 bus stops are right down the street.
What you get:
· A 6ftx8ft section of the office with a desk, cabinet with a lock, and desk lamp. This is a real place to work! Not a cafe or your kitchen.
· Internet is included.
· 24-hour access.
· Use of the common areas including a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and a conference table for small meetings.
