Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including vaping or legal cannabis) allowed in the office or any of the premises. The two other offices host a software developing business in the smaller office, and sound studio in the larger office. Studio host music students three days a week in the afternoons and band rehearsals two days a week in the nighttime. Rent is month to month. References will be requested from all applicants.
