Shared amenities include a large kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar, and guest refrigerator. At an extra cost you can have access to a high-end printer/scanner/copier (Sharp MX-3571). You will also have access to the large meeting room which was designed to feel like a business living room rather than an intimidating conference room. One of the walls of the meeting room is a tall glass Nanowall which can be opened open up for group meetings and client events.

The space has a camera and security system, but you will have 24/7 access to the space. The office is part of Greenwood Executive Park which is managed by an excellent HOA which handles all exterior maintenance such as plowing snow from the parking lot and maintaining the landscaping in the summer.

Your co-workers will primarily be in financial services (investments, mortgage, insurance, attorneys, accountants). This may lend itself to networking, collaboration, introductions, and possibly joint marketing opportunities.
