David Mussari is the Principal Broker and Owner of Prudential Commercial Real Estate, with forty-five of the top Commercial Real Estate professionals throughout the state of Ohio working under his brokerage. In 2007, he acquired Prudential Commercial Real Estate, a small franchise at the time, and has since grown it to become the 5th largest commercial real estate firm in the Tri-State area as well as one of the top 20 commercial real estate property management firms in the state.

David is also the Managing Partner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty, which is the largest Residential Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate in the state of Ohio, with over 400 agents. He holds a real estate broker’s license in Ohio and Kentucky.

David has extensive background in Commercial Investment Property, Property Management, Leasing, Contract negotiations, and Distressed Assets. He also serves as the Managing Partner of Landmark Investment Properties, Ltd, which has commercial real estate holdings throughout the Midwest and Southeast. In addition to his extensive real estate experience, David received his B.B.A in Finance from Kent State University and an MBA in Marketing/Information Systems from Indiana University.

In his free time, David is actively involved in youth baseball, serving on the board of the Challenger League, as well as coaching. David lives in West Chester, OH with his wife and three children.
