      • Probably the most poorly run building in the downtown area. Constant problems with garage and garage door and they have the audacity to try to unilaterally raise the parking rate when they had a signed contract with us for the parking rate that had not yet expired. Elevators are constantly a problem. They think they're a Class A building when they really barely can be rated as Class C.
