Featured Property Listing
A Featured Property Listing provides visitors to OfficeSpace.com with additional information including building photo(s), floor plans (example) for all vacancies, e-mail links to leasing representative(s), and a property "For Lease" flyer, which may be printed/saved in pdf file format.
Flyers can also be sent in html format, allowing the flyer to appear inside an email message.
Each Featured Property is clearly identified wherever the property is referenced on OfficeSpace.com, is separately highlighted on our Featured Properties page, has any available spaces included in our Featured Suite Search, and is searchable By FlyerID above.

The increased activity that featured listings receive is a result of having more pages/info available to view and the fact that the thumbnail photo draws more attention to the basic information (available space detail and location map). Featured listings also come up first during a Quick Search, Advanced Property Search or a search by building name/address. Property Flyers can also be broadcast via email to a pre-selected list of leasing agents. Our featured listings (property flyers, floor plans and featured buildings) have been viewed a total of 176,094 times since the beginning of the year, for an average of 299 times per listing.
Below are three examples from our alphabetical building listings. The first is the basic, "free" listing. The second listing is "Featured." It has a property photo (linked to a one page, for-lease flyer), leasing contact name, phone number and email link. In addition, the Leasing Company name is linked to a company web site. The third listing has our Logo Linking service, where "Print Listings" is replaced with the company name (linked to web site).
