Plant Riverside District is one of the most highly anticipated redevelopment projects in the region spanning over 4.5 acres, with a budget of over $270 million, this redevelopment project is the largest in the history of Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District. Plant Riverside District will include 670,000 SF of entertainment and hospitality space including a 419 room JW Marriott, over 17,000 SF of stylish meeting and event space, a 400+ person live entertainment venue, a 488-space parking deck for convenient access, and over a quarter mile of new river walk.
