Serving tenants and landlords since 2006, Gil brings extensive knowledge of the local marketplace. He is respected throughout the industry for his integrity and allegiance to clients, and is widely respected as a commercial real estate market observer. Gil spent nearly a decade at CBRE where he honed his knowledge of the Seattle business community. He has earned much respect in the local marketplace through his advocacy of sustainable real estate practices and by supporting viable, exciting new companies during start-up phase. At the same time he exhibits a hands-on, ground level approach; which results in sound decision-making and advantageous positioning on real estate transactions.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Gil led high level fundraising campaigns at universities and non-profits throughout the US and Canada. His commitment to his clients is one of his hallmarks. He is a graduate of Washington State University and lives in West Seattle with his wife and two sons.
