Jason Bollhoefner has over 16 years of experience in the Denver Commercial Real Estate market and has successfully completed over 600 lease and sale/purchase transactions. Since the inception of his career, Jason has personally negotiated and completed leases totaling over 2.25 million square feet. His clients value his exceptional abilities as a tenacious negotiator who recognizes the key pressure points involved in every leasing transaction, for both the tenants and the landlords he represents.
