Kristi has over 15 years of real estate experience in the greater Portland area and has recently started her own company, Sapphire Realty Group.

Kristi exclusively represents Commercial Tenants and Buyers, and her only priority is you. There are no conflicts of interest (She does not represent landlords) and no hidden agendas. Her goal is to save you time and money, while reducing your risk.

After gaining an understanding of your needs (size, time frame, budget, use, area, and flexibility) Kristi will quickly identify appropriate alternatives and negotiate an agreement, allowing you to get back to your business.
