Suite I is a former Martial Arts studio. It is an open space with a private restroom along with access to more restrooms from the common hall. The entrance is on the side of the building facing Westbank Surgery Center.Each suite has its own electrical meter and AC unit. There is plenty of parking and the building is extremely well kept by the landlord.
