MATTHEW HINRICHS

Prior to co-founding ORION Commercial Partners in 2010 Matthew worked in the CB Richard Ellis Asset Services group where he managed the property accounting, financial reporting, leasing and construction management of a 1.4M SF portfolio. Matthew later built upon this experience at Pacific Real Estate Partners where he specialized in office and flex industrial leasing and investment sales.

His understanding of property performance and lease administration gives him a comprehensive perspective when analyzing and evaluating real estate transactions for his clients. Owners, Investors and Tenants alike benefit from Matthew’s broad experience with a variety of asset types and his hands-on knowledge. Matthew graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Business and a finance concentration. Matthew’s business is based on trust and strategic counsel in an effort to best align his client’s real estate needs with future operational goals.
