Please note that membership is available only to those who are licensed real estate agents in the states of Colorado, Minnesota, Ohio, Oregon, or Washington. However, anyone may purchase a daily license to gain most membership benefits (see below).

First of all, we'd like to thank you for your support in helping make OfficeSpace.com a success. Our goal is to help you work more efficiently. To that end, we are constantly looking for ways to make more and more information available to you through our website. Membership offers you a way to save time and work smarter. If you represent tenants, our site enables you to prepare market surveys and property fact sheets in a matter of minutes instead of hours. We offer two types of membership, Basic and Premium. Cost ranges from $24.95 to $79.95 per month, depending on the city and type selected. Here is a summary of our Basic Membership benefits:

• Access to Suite Search Reporting
  1. A suite by suite listing of all spaces matching search criteria
  2. Individual contact name, phone number and email link for all spaces
  3. Hide leasing agent information so that your client doesn't see it
  4. See the date each space was last updated

A free 30 day trial is available to you, so long as you are a licensed real estate agent or appraiser in the states of Colorado, Minnesota, Ohio, Oregon or Washington and you are in our database of contacts. If you are not a licensed agent (or licensed in another state), you may purchase a daily license which allows you to become a member for one day (all features included except as noted by "*").
