New Courtyard by Marriott coming to Fourth Street in Downtown Winston-Salem. Plans are for a five-story, 126-room hotel with a full service restaurant and bar, swimming pool, fitness center, 2,000 SF courtyard, and more than 1,500 SF of meeting and banquet space. Located between Foothills Brewery and City Center West Parking Deck, the hotel will have access to the deck and it's ±700 parking spaces.
