The Garden Gate Day Spa and Salon, located on the campus of the Center for Ageless Living, is now offering service rooms for individual practitioner's usage under a cooperative rental agreement. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the GGDSS has been closed to the general public. Since many of the amenities are still under State restrictions, a new business plan is being implemented to allow for the Center to continue its mission; to be a gateway for health, beauty, wellness, and aging services.

Each treatment room is equipped with storage cabinets, a sink. hot and cold running water, refrigerator, chair, window coverings and are decorated in calm, neutral colors. Room dimensions vary. One treatment room was designed as a couples treatment room that also has a fireplace and separate heating and cooling. It's also the largest of all the treatment rooms. There are three restrooms available for client usage, one adjacent to a treatment room which includes an individual shower that could be designated for wet room services.
NOTE: at this time, showers, steam rooms, and sauna space in the locker rooms are currently not included in any rental agreement due to the concern of over sanitation and the ability to adequately physically distance.

The cooperative rental agreement will include the following:
- Access to the online booking system currently being used by the Garden Gate Day Spa & Salon
- Ongoing marketing, networking with a customer base established by the GGDSS
- Advertising assistance through existing social media and road-side digital board

Reception service to include:
-Screening of clients upon arrival to the premises with current COVID-19 protocols
- Daily cleaning and disinfectant services to community spaces as identified by the NM DOH and the CDC (reception area, restrooms, waiting room, and treatment rooms)

Individual practitioners shall be responsible for maintaining current cleaning standards within the treatment room and maintaining current cleaning standards within the treatment room and maintaining all recommended protocols set forth by the NM DOH and the CDC.
