A wide range of uses along the corridor makes it very busy with direct access to I-15 via Cheyenne Avenue and Lake Mead Boulevard. The 5th Street overpass widened to 6 lanes and Losee Road are heavily traveled roads and give the facility excellent exposure with easyaccess to I-15 via Lake Mead Blvd. or Cheyenne Ave. interchanges.
