Who are the Landlords?
Timothy Corwin & wife Toni-Lea are the previous owners of the next-door family business, Corwin’s Jewelers, which their son, Travis, now operates, and the owners of this downtown Southampton office building. Their daughter, Karianne, is handling marketing on this, and other Hamptons rental properties in the family. Tim and Toni-Lea, now retired, are both advocates for local environmental protection and animal welfare. Toni-Lea volunteers in wildlife rehabilitation at the Evelyn-Alexander Wildlife Rescue facility. Tim Corwin, an active Mason, Rotarian, and former candidate for Southampton Town Trustee, dedicates his free time to SOFO (South Fork Museum of Natural History), and the Riverhead Aquarium where he is assists in marine mammal rescue and provides educational boat tours. Mr. Corwin, who has organized and participated in a number of environmental preservation campaigns, is a member of the Southampton Trails Advisory Board, and is very enthusiastic about offering guided hikes for local trails!
