Our Property Map for Web Site service adds a map of your company's exclusive listings (can also include managed properties leased by others) to your company web site. Then as you update your listings on OfficeSpace.com, any changes are instantaneously reflected on your company web site.
The above Property Map is an example, using the property listings for Al Neyer, Inc. in our Cincinnati region. Click here to view this map in a web site mock up. If you have only a few properties, then you may want to consider our free Property Widget instead.
On the map, each listing appears with three tabs: i) the Info tab displays a property photo along with basic property data. If the property is featured, the photo links to a "For Lease Flyer." If a pdf flyer is uploaded to our server, the "Property Fact Sheet" link is replaced with a link to the "For Lease Flyer." ii) the Suites tab lists all available space in the property (if there is no space available, the Suites tab is hidden). If a floor plan has been uploaded to our server, it is linked to its related suite. A link is also provided to a separate details page that provides additional information related to the various suites. iii) the Leasing tab ("Contact" tab for an investment property) displays contact info along with a link to driving directions and a tour request form.
