Chris is the Market Lead for the Minneapolis/St. Paul Region and serves on the JLL’s Leadership Council, where he is involved in JLL Americas’ overall strategic development and as well as P&L responsibility for the Twin Cities Region.
He is a seasoned strategist for many corporations, nonprofits, and public entities having either a Minnesota based headquarters or significant operations in the Twin Cities area.
Chris strives to help his clients develop and execute sound real estate strategies based on their business drivers and the current real estate climate. He has completed over 6.2 Million square feet of tenant representation transactions in the United States and Canada.
Chris’ primary personal goal is to establish long-term relationships based on results, dependability, and & persistent professionalism.
