Craig A. Nadborne joined Bradford Allen in 2007 and is a Senior Managing Director with the full-service

- Commercial real estate firm. He brings more than 30 years of experience to his leadership role, in which he focuses on leasing and advisory services for entrepreneurial and not-for-profit clients operating in the Chicago area. A seasoned professional, Craig has vast experience assisting clients with relocations, expansions, renegotiations, and dispositions of excess space for a wide variety of entrepreneurial and mid-size businesses. He devotes considerable time to understanding his client’s business operations and requirements, and utilizes this information to devise creative and strategic real estate solutions. Craig’s specialty is small to mid-size entrepreneurial companies and not-for-profit organizations, where he uses his expertise and aggressive negotiation skills to benefit these normally underrepresented organizations.

He is proud to have represented clients such as Ajinomoto Heartland, Inc., MainStreet Advisors, thresholds, Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund, and Aids Legal Counsel of Chicago among others.Throughout his career, Craig has successfully closed over 600 transactions valued in excess of $36 million. He has averaged 25-35 transactions a year, and has represented his clients in more than 2,000,000 square feet of leasing and sales transactions. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Craig worked as a landlord representative successfully leasing projects owned by Lincoln Property Company and Friedman Properties.

- A highly motivated professional, Craig has been awarded several distinguished honors throughout his career including Board Member of Chicago House and Social Service Agency, President of the Chicago Business Network and President of Chicago Networking Group. He is also a member of several organizations including: COLBA (Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association), CBN (Chicago Business Network), Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund, and CNG (Chicago Networking Group). Craig is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois and is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
