We spent two years searching for, remodeling, and moving into our new space in the AGC building, at 1200 Westlake Ave N, next to Kenmore Air on Lake Union. We have an extra office in our suite on the 5th floor for which we are looking for a medium or long-term tenant. It’s about 200 square feet and has some of the best views around. You'll have nearly full-time access to a 8-person conference room as well.
And it’s a short walk from casual delis, sushi, Mexican, excellent Lebanese at Tanoor, and Wild Ginger. WeWork would call this an office for 6 people. We’d call it super comfy for 3, and up to 6. Or a very luxurious place for 1. We also have a large conference room to which you’d have plenty of access. And there’s common outside seating on the waterfront.
Price is all-inclusive and similar to or better than WeWork, depending on commitment duration.
