This historic c1917 building, is located on the main street in downtown Phoebus at the corner of Mellen and S. Hope Streets in close proximity to restaurants, theatre, shopping, and ample free parking. This second-floor walk-up space is divided into four individual private spaces (two occupied) with three shared/common spaces (lobby, conference room, and kitchenette). 201-A is app 189 sq ft (13’8” x 14’) with a private restroom and is $625. Monthly rates include electricity, water, and gas however tenant will be independently responsible for phone and internet connections. Because some spaces are shared, you must be neat and able to get along with others. There is custodial service of the shared spaces, but you must clean your individual space. All applicants must submit to interviews by the landlord and existing tenants, and also submit to credit/background checks prior to approval. Wanting to support the arts, we’d love to have another artist in residence, however the space may also be used as a private office.
