The private office (13x14), PICS 3-7 with computer and desk, is the private office to the left of the common area.
Includes all utilities, central AC/HEAT, free Wifi, free parking, shared kitchen with coffee maker, hot plate, sink, etc. toaster and microwave, private bathroom, and very quiet.
On second floor of 2 story building. Month to month, no lease, no long term commitment. Please agree to a minimum 6 months stay. It helps me plan my work schedule.
Small meetings okay, short term or on demand gallery/meeting options open to discussion. Can be used for visual artists workspace as well.
Very secure building and well maintained with weekly cleaning service of kitchen/bathroom.
About 5-6 minutes to downtown Brattleboro.
Only administrative, artistic (visual artist) or non public organization, no therapy or patient/client business. Guests are always welcome.
I run an arts management organization, and travel quite a bit, (50%) and maintain a very low key presence.
