Hello! I'm looking for another professional to share a Des Moines office suite with. Here are the details.:

- About 250 sqft per room
- A 100+ sqft common area/meeting space
- Private bathroom
- 2nd floor
- Split the electric bill (variable) and internet (about $30)

My business: Adventus Films - a boutique video production company who needs an office for client editing sessions and meetings with maybe some very small studio shooting from time to time. 2 workers max (including me) with only a few customers for meetings/sessions seldom throughout the month.

Needed: First and last month's rent. No application or credit check required. Agreement will need to be signed at move-in.
