Kingman is located at the heart of a regional trade area that is home to more than 134,000 residents across Northwest Arizona, including Golden Valley and the Colorado River communities of Bullhead City and Lake Havasu City.


With the transition of US-93 into I-11, traffic capacity will increase dramatically for travel between Las Vegas and Phoenix. Currently, approximately 25,000 vehicles pass by Kingman Crossing, traveling along I-40. The AZ Dept. of Transportation forecasts the traffic to increase 60 percent with the opening of the I-11 corridor.
