The building is a Class B building and we have the entire top (penthouse) floor. We have a kitchen and a shared reception area and large conference room (12 chairs and a table that separates into desks).
We are looking for a 2 month initial commitment and then can go month to month. The space is fabulous and the cost is $2000 for the office and $250 for incidentals including cleaning, water, snacks, use of conference room, etc. The building has a security guard from 8:30am-4:30pm and open 24 hours with key access.
Rental can be for one or both of the offices and are available at a cost of $1,250 for the smaller office (125+ sf), and $2000 + $250 for incidentals (ie cleaning, water, use of conference room, etc.) for the larger office (330+ sf). For those interested in both offices, the entire back office space can be rented for $3000 + $500 for incidentals per month.
