We are looking to sublease our office 1- 4 days a week. We have a clean and spacious office in Stockton with 3 exam rooms, 1 large procedure room, 1 provider office, 1 breakroom. There is a front office area for easy checking in and out. All rooms are furnished with exam tables, stools, desk tops and cabinet and drawer space for supplies. There is a supply closet that you may share. We do not use all the cupboard space, you are welcome to use it if need be.
In the breakroom you will find a table and chairs, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot.
$450 per day
All utilities will be included (electricity, gas, water, internet). Additional for Bio Hazardous waste
