Harvard Park West is a 71,120 square foot Class "A" medical office building. It is one of three medical office buildings on the Porter Adventist Hospital Campus in Denver, Colorado. Fleisher Smyth Brokaw along and its partner Seavest Healthcare Properties acquired this building along with four other medical office buildings as part of a portfolio acquisition in late 2011.
