  • Clise Properties’ first office development, the Securities Building, was constructed in 1917 on the site of the old Denny Hotel, which was demolished as part of the Denny Regrade project. Comprising 125,000 square feet of office space on a grand retail pedestal, the Securities Building blends a unique mix of classical architecture and Art Deco design.
