Our co-working space is a beautiful Class A office space in a quiet location in the Denver Tech Center. The office was remodeled in 2020. Our passion is that clients feel comfortable and at peace. New clients often feel a sense of “coming home” which is archived through many deliberate, but subtle design choices.
Each office comes fully furnished (all you need to provide is your own computer). All offices have plenty of natural light that is augmented by tubular skylights in the mezzanine and large glass walls throughout the space. The office has high speed internet which can be accessed through WiFi or two ethernet ports per workspace (one of the ports is power-over-ethernet for VOIP devices.
Shared amenities include a large kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar, and guest refrigerator. At an extra cost you can have access to a high-end printer/scanner/copier (Sharp MX-3571). You will also have access to the large meeting room which was designed to feel like a business living room rather than an intimidating conference room. One of the walls of the meeting room is a tall glass Nanowall which can be opened open up for group meetings and client events.
The space has a camera and security system, but you will have 24/7 access to the space. The office is part of Greenwood Executive Park which is managed by an excellent HOA which handles all exterior maintenance such as plowing snow from the parking lot and maintaining the landscaping in the summer.
Your co-workers will primarily be in financial services (investments, mortgage, insurance, attorneys, accountants). This may lend itself to networking, collaboration, introductions, and possibly joint marketing opportunities.
