Previously the Town & Country Shopping Center, College Park is now under new ownership.

This 188,880 SF multi-tenant neighborhood shopping center features frontage, access, and visibility on two of Jacksonville's major roads, theArlingtonExpressway (45,143 VPD) andUniversityBlvd (33,791 VPD).

The center seeks to create a new entrance to the Arlington sub-market by redesigning the exterior and creating a new place to gather in the community

In addition, developers will be adding 100 shipping container apartments and food court to the property. The food court, which will be called The Shipyard, will consist of local and regional restaurant options and mirror similar concepts, like Boxi Park in LakeNona.
