The Associated Bank River Center is part of a mixed-use complex that houses the newly rebranded 220-room Saint Kate Hotel, the Iconic Pabst Theater, the Milwaukee Rep as well as numerous bars and eateries.

LOCATION
The Associated Bank River Center is located on the Milwaukee River in the heart of the downtown entertainment district with close proximity to the Fiserv Forum and Entertainment District as well as dozens of restaurants and bars.

TRANSFORMATION UNDERWAY
The complex is currently undergoing renovations to modernize and revitalize the space. The redevelopment will feature an abundance of modern amenities, including an on-site conference center, fitness facility, and a tenant bar/lounge area that overlooks the Milwaukee River. The modernization is focused on transforming the tenant and public space in a way that capitalizes on the tower’s superior location and views.
