Two large adjoining buildings in Uptown Butte commonly known as The Park Hotel and the Fox Hotel. The lower level of the Park Hotel has been extensively renovated into a unique and elegant restaurant/bar. The interior of the buildings have been integrated. The Park has 3 additional levels above ground. The Fox has 4 floors above ground. This is a complete interior re-development project, other than the restaurant space which is currently operated by a tenant. Other improvements to the Park Hotel include a new roof, fire suppression system, new windows and more. The Fox also has a new roof. Also includes the small adjoining building east of The Park. Re-development grants and loans through the URA and BLDC are possible.
