The building is currently owned and operated by Crosspoint Worship Center. The church uses the building on Sunday mornings, giving a potential tenant the opportunity to lease and use the building the rest of the week. Due to restrictive covenants on the property, the church can only be leased to faith based entities such as another church, private school, charter school, etc.
There is a separate stand-alone building on-site that is also for lease with the same restrictive covenants. However, this building is not currently being used by the church on Sundays. Could be leased together with the large building or separate. Perfect for a daycare, preschool, etc.
