Sip Studios JC is renting Private rooms between 250 and 380 sq ft in JSQ as offices, artist spaces, etc. Between $650 and $750 a month with varied lease options. We currently offer 3 month, 6 month and 1 year leases.
Rooms are a blank canvas and can be designed as you see fit. Currently most rooms have drop ceilings which can be removed at renters expense. All rooms will have LED lighting.
Currently occupying is a livestream app company, two film production companies and a video game review company.
We are not renting rooms to music related companies or projects.
