Phipps joined Acacia to develop the site in May 2016. The development is designed for Passive House certification. The community facility space is intended to be occupied by Phipps’ partner on the project, the Acacia Network, Phipps Neighborhoods, or a neighborhood-based notfor-profit to operate social service programs for the local community
