Welcome to Woodman! Our wonderful little building sits on a corner lot and is entirely dedicated to Private Offices and Coworking. It has been well-maintained and features hardwood floors, a spacious open floor plan, and 2 levels. Being a smaller space with about 2500 sf, we only accept about 15 at any given time. This means our workspaces are quiet and peaceful allowing for a very productive work environment. But at the same time, if want to chat with a fellow member about something, you can hang out in our spacious lounge area on the lower level. We are conveniently located right in the heart of Kettering near Krogers, The Greene and multiple interstates. Woodman offers a variety of private offices, dedicated desks, flex desks, and a conference room.
