Spalding Building - 319 Southwest Washington Street, Portland, OR 97204

The Spalding Building, formerly the Oregon Bank Building, is a 92,500 SF historic office building constructed in 1910. Since 1982 it has been on the National Register of Historic Press.

Architect Cass Gilbert worked on the American Renaissance-style Spalding Building while also working on the Woolworth Building in New York.
