Norma specializes in leasing and sales in the west and southwest suburban office markets. She has a development and lease transaction background with emphasis on building strong client relationships with tenants and building owners. She provides expert market knowledge and a commitment to detail while focusing on her clients’ priorities. Over her career she has completed millions of square feet in transactions and has played an integral part in developing approximately 1.5 million square feet of Class "A" office and office showroom facilities.
Norma began her career as a Leasing Manager for MEPC American Properties Inc., an international real estate firm, followed by a decade with owner/developer Duke Realty Corporation and was also with Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services.
Norma has extensive commercial real estate experience in the Twin Cities and played an integral role in several of the areas premier office buildings such as, Norman Pointe, Golden Hills Tech, 1600 and the MoneyGram Towers.
