    There is free parking and we're in a central, quiet location a couple blocks from Santana Row, close to highways 280, 880 and 17.
    The rent is $750 per month with a $750 deposit. If you have a receptionist then the rent is $1000 per month plus a $1000 deposit.
    We are flexible with the lease, however, to start we would like a six month lease and after that we can go month to month. There is no janitorial service. Shared cleaning duties will be expected.
