I have a sweet chiropractic office set up for myself, but am only using it MWF, and would love to share it with someone on the other days. This would be a basic sublet scenario.
The room is 10x12 and as you can see in the pictures, has everything included. The treatment table is a Lloyd elevation table with full drops and an abdominal breakaway that can accommodate a full-term pregnant patient prone. There is no room for other treatment/exam tables.
There is a big closet, which is being used for storage up high and a kids play zone at ground level. There is also easy access attic space for lots of extra storage. The bookshelf and desk both have a little extra room for a second practitioner. There is no front desk or reception, but there is lots of quaint waiting room space. WiFi is included.
The other building practitioners are an Acupuncturist and LMT (the acupuncturist owns the building). There is also a huge room right next door to mine where larger groups, like for meditation, meet regularly. And can be rented hourly if you wanted a convenient space to hold group gatherings.
This space is ready now, and I am much more interested in finding someone who wants at least 2 full days (which would be $300/mo), than someone seeking a day or less.
