Shoppes at 1st and Roger is a new retail shops building that is being developed next to an existing successful 75,000 sq. ft. Fry's Food & Drug Store. The center will be completed in May 2016. 1st Avenue is a very busy commercial corridor leading from downtown and the University of Arizona into the affluent residential area of the Catalina Foothills. The Tucson Mall is less than one mile from the center. This is a densely populated middle income trade area.
