Ajo Marketplace Shops B - Ajo Way & I-10, Tucson, AZ 85713

There is a new retail shops building being built on PAD B fronting Ajo Way at the SEC of I-10 & Ajo Way (aka US 86) at Kino Corridor in Tucson, AZ. This site is just two miles from downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona, and the Tucson International Airport. At the other corner of this intersection is the Bridges, a new 360-acre mixed use project, which includes a new 200,000 SF GEICO building that employs over 700 people. The Bridges will also include a University of Arizona Biosciences and Research Technology Park, which is now having its first phase starting construction. J-Ted recently completed the first of two 50,000 tech education buildings. Costco, Super Wal-Mart, Cinemark, Dave and Busters, Planet Fitness and several restaurants have all been built at the Bridges. This site is also located next to the Kino Sports Complex, which is being expanded, and the Banner Hospital at Kino.
