Pleasanton, Texas is city in Atascosa County, 35 miles south of San Antonio. There is a growing population of over 10,000 residents. Pleasanton is home to Coastal Bend College which includes 4,300 students. As “the city of live oaks and friendly folks” (official town motto), Pleasanton is located near a large shale oil field. As production of U.S oil increases, so does the population and economic success of Pleasanton. The community includes a strong chamber of commerce which promotes a consistent economy that has strengthened beyond oil production.This property contains an outparcel with the potential to develop an additional free-standing building.
