WTP encompasses 30 acres with approximately 1,000 feet of frontage on the Connecticut River and onsite rail service. It consists of two buildings just off the Main Street in the middle of downtown Windsor; which together offer approximately 250,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and office space. Approximately 220,000 square feet is manufacturing and warehouse space with ceiling heights ranging from sixteen to 40 feet.
